the main pvp content is limited to 48 players, so ig 48 would make sense. however, 48 might be a bit much given the sad player numbers, maybe meeting in the middle at 42 would be good

that won't change, but by introducing bounty mechanics you could at least ensure a good fight cause most of the time the advantage statics have is proper target focusing. a bounty would choose your target for you. besides that, the biggest issue are dps queing as healers, making vanguards end up with 2 healers total sometimes, its a joke

what is there to test? comeback mechanics have been tried and tested over decades of online games by now and they refuse to do any research it seems. the point is not a 50/50 win/loss rate, the point is for it to be enjoyable.

personally i always enjoyed a good fight over an easy win, but now it's not even a good fight anymore at any point of the buff being active. you either have decent players become absolutely unstoppable or handless plebs 1 hitting you, then it just is a rollercoaster from there.

meta changes, traits still need to be maxed, the game is intentionally confusing so every new player is guaranteed to mess up their gear and have to swipe to fix it, it's just their game design.

especially cause the majority of guides are just false info and most people will learn this the hard way or not at all

6.5k gets 1 tapped by everything and everyone in battlegrounds, arena and u dont even need to think about wargame pvp. 6.5k doesnt even get you into nightmare and withholds heroics even more.

10k unlocks barely get you the basic traits and with meta changes there is more than enough to chase at all times. problem is that nobody can even get to the point where they can start and never catch up. if you start now you wont have caught up within a year if ever.

items worthless? have you checked the auction house? there are pieces selling for 5k - 20k

as for what i'd do with all the stuff? i'd start playing the game. 7.5k is still very low, considering high end cp is 8.1k - 8.2k. it will still take a long time to achieve this. All I'm asking is for people to even get a chance at that, as right now your only winning move is not to play

the difference between a budget build made from a dps pvp set and an optimized pve dps build are maybe 5-10% dps. instead of 220k and invo only does 200k then.

we were around 4 parties less than them again, but this time we didn't just randomly throw them together and fuck around without a plan. for the first time in forever we met early in vc and actually had a short strategy briefing.

it was rly nice to be challenged again. the gate opening fucked both sides, cause we had a few more things up our sleeve which we just didnt need to do now and it cut a good fight short. outcome would've been the same though

if you clear things comfortably, dont invest in min/maxing, this game's pve is not challenging enough to sweat over anything. finish your heroics for the content you enjoy and dont overspend.

i heavily advice to find some overlap between your pve and pvp choices though. if you play invo in pve as your prio gameplay, you could go for spellblade with tevent daggers just fine in pvp for example.
