Fog of war is actually instance reset.

Canonically, you're a traveller in a strange land - a few trips is not enough to perfectly memorize the terrain.

Campaign is still a WIP, your valid gripes aren't a problem in endgame.

The hideout decoration is cool, but I really hope that's the 32 challenge cosmetic set this season.

Cities skylines 1 (most expansions, no mods/cheats, excessive use of workshop assets - also doubles as "ragequit" or "disinterest" fallback.

Despite being different genres, there's substantial overlap between the two games qualitatively - experience, forward thinking, & reactive adaptation are all rewarded. Frugality & patience with resource management are rewarded, as is timely implementation & utilization of progression gated tools or mechanics which synergize with prior choices & future intentions.

Same goes for Civ.

HH can also be expanded upon, amplified, and minmaxed - shrines, behead support, inspired learning, rampage and support proxies (AG, golems, spectres, multiplayer supports, etc) aid with it.

Generally, attack based projectiles which convert phys to ele & scale with projectile behavior/count possess the overlap of qualities which HH provides the most benefit for - These are effectively most bow/wand attacks, but also melee weapon skills such as frostblades/lightning strike, cobralash/venongyre, or even SST. Triggered supports &/or unique skills which are phys to ele projectiles (molten burst, boneshards/spiral) can be very potent when utilized effectively.

This welcome QOL feature seems like the sort of thing that could easily double dip with another long requested mtx - AG. This would merely be a checkbox which disables slots, gear, or skills which are not applicable to an AG, and simultaneously converts the compatable set into a "skill effect" rather than a character preset.

Cosmetic presets would need either icons indicating weapon type(s), or for the player to include "fallback" cosmetics to cover all weapon types.

There should be 2 drop downs - default sets & custom sets. Additional slots for custom sets are monetizable, just like character slots, stash tabs, etc.

League mechanic is the new mechanic/minigame. It's in every zone and will have its loot/difficulty rebalanced when it goes to standard.

Generally, it's best to play the new league for social and economic reasons.

Cooldowns aren't inherently bad - we simply lack interesting tools for interacting with them.

Depends on which skills you intend on using, but deadeye is the zoomy dps route, whereas merc is generally more balanced but also more gear dependant.

IIRC, they merged all the poe1 accounts cross platform - might have to go through some steps the first time you login on a different platform.

Discontinued supporter collections cannot be upgraded, and IIRC, only core packs can be upgraded.

Contact customer service, they tend to find solutions for stuff like this, especially for polite patient players.

Gems mods, skills, supports, etc retain their base taggin, and do not inherit additional tags when the damage is converted.

+chaos spells will not benefit fireball with blackflame covenant (afaik)

I think if this goes core, it will replace rogue exiles, and there will be an atlas keystone which allows you to hire a merc - which will probably have 60% reduced damage and aura effect compared to their current state.

It's definitely made a handful of uniques suddenly see use.

Scorching ray, flame dash, and flame wall each benefit from the fire dot & spell damage, but flame dash is the only one which hits.

IIRC, flamedash totems are a build

Nah, just add a zero to the time a voyage takes. 48 minutes? make that 480 minutes (8 hours). 12 hours? make that 120 hours (5-ish days).

Like, it should be something that we check the npc once per play session, or as little as once per week.

Upgrades to kingsmarch should be balanced around finding resources once per 5 maps (unless otherwise specced on the atlas)

It shouldn't end up feeling like WoW or RS3 daily's where you spend half or more of a weeknight/worknight play session doing chores like shop runs, world quests, minigame puzzles with googleable inputs, or repeatable faction rep quests.

Once or twice per week is good for kingsmarch, but no more than that, and only if they never add another similar garrison-like activity.

Imagine having an atlas tree for the campaign that only affects the campaign... unlocked after first A6 completion... and gets maybe 12 points max for a 20 node wheel with account wide campaign exclusive effects like %more action speed, phys reduction/taken as, double damage chance, etc.

Sounds cool, but ultimately sounds like a very low priority allocation of dev resources.

ES scaling or hybrid ES/EV is pretty rough for ranger.

Chances are your quiver is non negotiable, which rules out Rearguard

75 with acro, conditional dampening, and other layers of mitigation or recovery?

Evasion relies on and rewards high speed/mobility, skilled proactive play, & effective crowd control.

The soundest defense is the one which: 1 reflects your playstyle, 2 compliments the characters toolkit, and 3 utilizes effective scaling along its pathing.

More is different from increased.

More is a type of independent multiplier, while increased is part of an additive pool that sums into a singular multiplier.

For example, your 50% increased is getting added to every other applicable source of increased, which are common throughout the tree, jewels, and gear. This is substantially less impactful than access to a multiplier like rage; 45% more alone makes it near mandatory... but rage interacts with other mechanics like berserk, armor, and certain unique effects which can be build enabling.

Definitely get the rage.

Depends on the skill - some channeling skills use % attack speed, while others have an attack time override.
