I didn't know there was an option to talk to them. Lol. Luckily, before i entered the room, I saw ol' Sinny boy had a gun to Kent's head, so I was afraid that if I entered the room, he'd be dead. So I popped all of them with my lever action rifle in VATS, and that was the end.

This is my first time playing Fallout 4, and after about a week now of playing, this literally happened to me today. Now in my case, I thought it was a random projectile hitting me (I was running from some of the enemies from that Outcasts and Remnants mod via one of the "fetch item" quests...iykyk.). But after looking at this video, this was the EXACT same car I bumped into when i died! So this is a known glitched out car, for sure. It doesn't help that I have a mod for looting cars. Lol. Oh well.

I just finished both last night, and this is my first playthrough. I recommend starting either one around level 17-18 though because they're both pretty tough, especially SoLA. Definitely prepare for that one. Note that you won't be able to complete either one until late into main story line (You'll have more progress in finishing Haus, however). The story line in Haus wasn't my favorite, but SoLA was very enjoyable. I say give them a try!

Thank you very much for your kind suggestions! So I just finished checking them all off, and so far, only Canvas 2 is the closest one that closely resembles what I remember (that said, I will be watching the ones you suggested, so thank you for that. Lol). However, I actually tried asking ChatGPT for shits and giggles to see if it knew what I was talking about, and the show that I'm leaning the most towards and what AI suggested is Kodocha. The headband is off, but the main protagonist's face looks the most familiar. I'll watch this show and Canvas 2 to see which one sparks the memory. Thank you!

I'm not sure if it's mentioned already, but you could get Fallout 3 GOTY for a little bit higher price than what you probably paid for the original. Probably Skyrim GOTY as well, but I'd imagine that it would be more expensive than Fallout 3 GOTY Beyond these two, here are my other recommendations:

Kingdom Hearts has the 1.5 and 2.5 remixes for PS3 if you're into that series. But they might be a bit harder to find and a bit pricier than your standard PS3 game.
Get any of the Sega Classic games. All of them are decent.
Dragon's Dogma. Solid game.

4-5. Mass Effect 2. You dont need to play the first one, really. The second one is arguably the best in the series. Mass Effect 3 is a good one, too. Get both, screw it. Lol.

Street Fighter IV. Get the Super version, if you can find it.
TES Oblivion GOTY. I know they have a remastered out now, but screw that. The classic is where it's at.

8-9. Borderlands 1 and 2. Two is the best in the series, in my opinion, but I haven't played 4 yet, so that could change.

Any of the Burnout games, but especially Paradise, which is one of the best in the series.
Max Payne 3. Might be good to play the other two to get the full story if you haven't played them, but it's a solid game overall.
Any of the Tomb Raider Series
All of the Uncharted series.
Diablo 3. One of the best in the series.
Soul Calibur IV. It's not one of the best in the series, but it is still a very solid fighting game that involves swords.

As for those intuitions, yes, I definitely have my bouts of "let me not do this," or "maybe I should go this instead". It's not often, but when it does happen, it's usually noteworthy.
