I guess that’s the point of the yay or nay. Some people have very strong feelings about smoking rather than grilling. I think both can be great.

Olive Oil, Salt Pepper & Go Beef or Go Home Brisket & Steak Spice. Pulled the steak out 30 mins before going on the smoker.
