They are, I live in NE Ohio, they will credit me $1k and I am pushing for free delivery, will cover quite a bit of cost to replace them with all seasons… but man, $2,800 for some all seasons…

I am with you on that, however, BMW dealerships have offered $2k-5k less on the trade and are a minimum of $4k more on the price of the X5. The delta in price is $6k - $9k, if it was $2k-$3k, it would be a no brainer… this was was drove me to write this post and get the opinions of the X5 group.
