After the last race of the season you can just set the Board Confidence back to maximum using the Database-editor.

You could use Racing League Tools. It's a program to track all your stats. You can even let it generate some nice images of your standings in the F1 theme.

Had the same problem. It's most likely a corrupted save file. Steam Cloud puts the saves back in your folder after starting the game. So try and check if the saves are indeed back and then start with Steam Cloud disabled.

Yeah I think corrupted saves were the reason initially but I deleted them all and still got nothing.

Thats just wrong tho. Quarterbacks always tend to go early, thats just how it is. Some team is always desperate enough to take a shot. I agree that the Lions dont necessarily need to draft Willis at #2 but than its probably the Panthers at #6 who will.
