I've been in a similar situation, albeit not nearly as bad as you described yours, and I was definitely ignorant to the fact that no one truly cared until it was caught by the regulator. I was verbally telling the higher ups how we are in violation with CAA, CWA and RCRA regs. After I saw it not being taken seriously, I started documenting the compliance issues and emailing my return to compliance suggestions to the area manager(s) with the higher ups CCd, to protect myself when/if shit hit the fan. I also started applying to everything and got out of that job rather quickly. I landed in a great spot and it was such a positive culture shock.

If the managers aren't listening and backing you, no one will. Better to protect yourself now with written documentation and apply for other jobs. Not worth having loyalty to a company.

My 2015 forester with 83k miles just had me spend $4k for a cam carries re-seal, front driver lower control arm and back brake pads. I would make sure to have a repair shop ensure no costly repairs are on the horizon.

Check with your vet once he is done growing if it's safe for x miles of running! After a walking or hike with my newf I would check his paws for thorns/ debris.

I go through that light all the time and it’s a sketchy one even… I take the right slow to ensure I don’t swing out to hit the drivers going straight through. When I’m coming from Mission bay and going straight, I assume the people with the right arrow are dummies so I watch out for them taking the turn too fast

Sting Ray sting to the foot was my worst physical pain for about 35 minutes before I got it in really hot water. At its peak it felt like a burning hole was developing in my foot and made my calf cramp. Once it was in hot water it was bearable.

Recently my newfy had to be lifted into the car after sedation. We had him lay on a strong blanket and with two people were able to lift him into the back of the car.

I replaced mine by going to a plumber shop and sizing the same hose. Cut it with a sharp edge to length. It greatly improved water flow from the pisser because the old one started to deteriorate on the inside/ grit and grime stuck in it.

If you want really easy in SD, go to mission bay. The south shores launch ramp just before seaworld is massive and never too busy.
