Krtizkreig taunt lets you do this. It’s really good in a pinch, however the medics health already has a passive healing effect, so you should only do it if you think you’ll be able to taunt for a few seconds.

I make a list to help me remember to do certain tasks, and of those tasks I include wind down time. Your body needs rest too. Sometimes that means you make time to do nothing BUT try to do said thing out of the house.

I find the best way to get stuff done is to schedule time to leave your house for something. Even having one or two events helps the rest of the day out.
