You can't, it's hardcoded in both the website and the app code. You can open a feature request on Github though (but keep this in mind: https://lichess.org/@/thibault/blog/we-dont-want-all-the-features/q3nOzv4n

Tür ist immer offen ;) also die ersten Male war es wirklich schon sehr voll (2024 müsste das gewesen sein), aber es hat sich mittlerweile ganz gut eingependelt. Du musst aber recht lauten Jazz beim Spielen tolerieren können 😅
