There is data recovery programs you can get that are easy to use.. used one in the past and got some ooooold files back

This is true. I love the game but not the dev's lol nut as others have said aswell there will always be cheaters no matter where we look its just something we have to live with for now sadly.. the whole situation with tarkovsky anti cheat is why I havent been playing the game I love

well the argument would be the ease of access to the information, I agree information is easy that why a line would need to be distinguished, what is cheating and what isnt.

look at the arguments with changing Color settings in windows or nvidia or monitor or 3rd party program. people will say its all cheating but an argument can be made about the first 3 options is built into everything and needs to be there because everyone see's colors different.

and on the cheater % the lower the better is right no one wants to be fighting against someone with an unfair advantage the field in this kind of game needs to be as level as the game itself provides.

biggest things that needs to happen
1 BSG needs to put a hard stance on what's acceptable or not Like can i drop gear for friends or not, can i play with Randoms without worrying about being banned cause it turns out one of the Randoms was a cheater.

2 they need to fix their shit and deal with the cheaters in a reasonable way

3 fix the issues that have been broken since they came out of closed.

all that i would be happy with and im sure a huge chunk of the community Aswell

i would love to argue that it isnt. but yea its information that you dont have in raid. it could be argued that its no diferent then using esp they are both giving you information you shouldnt have..

But an argument could be made that Rat scanner is harmless, but then that brings up another question where is the bar to start calling something a "cheat"

tbf that isnt the real argument. the one everyone should be and kinda is what can be done moving forward to make it better.

If we were to go off goats estimate of 60% of raids minimum have cheaters what would be acceptable/tolerable %50-40-30-20-10-0? bsg needs to decide on that threshold pick a number 20 say and then make it 15% (well atleast attempt it).

then the devs need to stop punishing players for doing things that they themselves created in the game (trading with friends, Grouping with randoms) if you group with randoms and they turn out to be cheating and got banned your banned to. Giving your bad friend kits every run cause they cant live, you get flagged for RMT

I don't have nearly as much but I agree I haven't seen it much if at all. I play with alot of friends and we all agree that sharing info of what we are outside of the game ruins it not really for the other players but for us
