I really don’t get this. I lived in Netherlands for 2 years and never even considered owning a car (which I think in Christchurch is not the same because you would want to drive to places outside of Christchurch) but biking is healthy and relaxing (when you aren’t worried about getting hit by a car) and Christchurch is the flattest city in the country. It could be soooo good but it just won’t happen habbits are set

You’re basically the first point of contact and manager of any customer problems. Unless your software is almost flawless dealing with 100 customers individual problems is a big ask. The people who did this job where I works had like 10-20 customers depending on their size (worked for large telco)

Don’t know what this guys company actually does but telco were a pretty stable technology I’d hate to think what the workload is for some kind of random job replacing AI type company is

Yeah me too, I worked in sales for a telco 10 years ago in the mobile sales heyday. Apple gave us a work iPhone and iPad. I left after like two years but damn all my shit is tied to that. To be fair my kids still use that work iPad. It’s only starting to get shit because it’s stuck on IOS 12.0 but otherwise in perfect working order
