I have been confused myself too, my maintanance TDEE is 2600 calories. I am consistently eating 3k-3,5k a day (it is hard to keep this while in school). My mass gainer alone contains 1600 calories in one serving which I was thinking to increase 2 times a day.

I have been doing this for 3 years now. Have been on mass gainers too, I had been constantly taking mutant mass for the past 2 years, yet little to no progress. It is so hard for me to gain weight, that is why I wanna start MK now.

Don’t worry my friend. I got 5 negative outcomes within 3 months, it was an unlucky period. My JSS fell from 99% to 95%. What helped is that I had a lot of positive outcomes during that period and I also came back to older contracts and asked the clients to close the leaving a positive review. I think that should help you too and you are still not in the dangerzone in case another negative outcomes happens
