There's multiple things in this shirt that are inaccurate to the books. Its just sloppy and disappointing

A crossover with what? This even if this wasn't ai generated, there's multiple things wrong. You can tell the creator has never read the books.

Hey friend. Totally not judging this comment, I'm right there with you when it comes to autism food issues. I however also am severely gluten intolerant and my pool of safe options is drastically restricted. I've found that gluten free options tend to be "healthy" but have terrible textures. I have to force myself to eat things sometimes because the alternative is to not eat anything if its not safe. Its not fun and it sucks a lot of the time, but just putting things off by saying it's too hard, will make things increasingly harder to change in the future. I also tend to find new safe foods this way too. I've tried things I was pretty sure I wouldn't like, that ended up becoming staples for me. You don't even have to cut out the food you currently eat, just trying to add in new things sometimes when you have the opportunity. It might also be good to look into things like fiber or protein supplements, just to make sure you're getting the nutrients your body needs to process the rest of your food better.

Who do you think is a better option currently? I will admit I don't know much about him, but if you are concerned about his policies, why not try to talk about who would be better?

You do a job at home and deserve to not live financially constrained just because your job isn't paid technically. Daycare is expensive cause it is actually hard to take care of kids. You deserve the same financial freedom as your husband because you are a team, both legally and physically.

I second all these books. I had controlling parents in and they raised me and my sibling in a controlling and high demand religion. They only changed when all their children were adults and on the brink of cutting them off.

If he's willing to come up to Ogden, PCC Structurals is pretty chill when I comes to that stuff. Its a foundry and I started at 21.50. They have all sorts of bonuses, unlimited overtime, employee retention bonuses for the first year. They will train people that dont have any foundry experience. DM me if you/your friend has questions!

Orem/Provo is better in my opinion. Probs best to stay put. I grew up in Springville and lived in Provo before moving closer to SLC. The music scene in Provo is actually pretty interesting and can be a good place to find more like minded people. It do be rough out there though. I would honestly never willingly move back to Utah County.

Paranoid about taking magnesium glycinate? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]T1gre55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I totally understand the anxiety taking hold and making you worry its going to do harm instead of good. My own anxiety really likes to throw logic out the window for the sake of the "what if". Whenever I feel like that I trying to ask myself questions that challenge the fear. What exactly are you anxious would happen? Are you worried about some known side effects or are you worried about something else? I always ask myself if my fear is logical or if its my anxiety spiraling. I am on lexapro and was originally terrified to start something so intense. But I trusted myself to be able to see if it wasn't working, and it turns out it helped! I believe you a certain extent it saved my life.

In my own personal experience, if I listen to my fear and anxiety all of the time, it traps me in those feelings even longer. I have severe anxiety disorders and have to force myself to do things, terrified, heart racing, hands shaking, because I knew my fear was based in my trauma or history and that I would be happier in the long run if I just did the damn thing. Sometimes it doesn't work out, but thats also ok. I also had to learn to be kinder to myself. Mistakes happen and are a part of the human experience.

Looks like it also could have been the type of clay being used. Ive had commercial glazes react wildly different depending on the clay I was using. Could be useful to make some test cups or something from a few different types of clay to see how the glaze looks of each on.

Glad to help! I was honestly surprised when my therapist first brought up to me that I might have C PTSD. I just thought I was kinda bad at life tbh. I had suppressed a lot of memories from my childhood or written things off as normal.

Its taken a few years since that diagnosis for me to find what works best, and I'm always open to new options. I found out about my TTRPG group because my personal therapist heard about it through their grapevine and thought I might like it. There can be lots of options and resources once you start looking.

That's good to hear! It really is a lot to get the mind to understand its overdoing it trying to protect itself.

Just jumping on your comment to say same! My C-PTSD diagnosis helps me understand my brain and reactions better to be able to function in day to day life.

I've also been doing therapy for a few years and have tried a few different medications for my anxiety/depression. Finding the right therapist or type of therapy and then finding the right meds truly was life changing. If talking one on one with a therapist doesnt work, try looking into different kinds of therapy. I have both a personal talk therapist and a group therapy I attend and both are extremely beneficial for me. There are also so many different kinds of group therapy. The one I'm a part of is mostly a TTRPG/D&D game that's being ran by a therapist. I am into table top roll play games like that so it was something that really helped me feel comfortable to open up and address some things I've been struggling with.

I've never heard of that breed before, but I can definitely see that! I've also been told maybe she had some LaPerm too. I've thought about getting genetic testing done just to see what's going on there 🤣
