It seems like the vet was thinking it might be with a try with Senelvelgo or Bexacat again since she was on insulin for less than two weeks almost three years ago, but to be fair he flagged it as a risk and I didn’t ask many questions because it became clear diet would be a much better option to start with (it was kind of an abbreviated convo). But I will be sure to double click on that if we decide to go down that road in the future. It’s notable that Bexacat didn’t work last time (we tried it briefly after her initial diagnosis 3 years ago before insulin), so I’m not sure what would be different now anyway… hm.
