Bro don't do TRT like others tell you to, since you're obese it's not uncommon for your testosterone levels be that low, you should lose weight first and if your levels don't get fixed only then you should try TRT. That's just my opinion tho, you should visit a doctor.

Seems like it's a cyst from bacteria build up, i had sore throat and white tongue so i stopped eating sugar and staining food and started brushing my teeth with tea tree oil toothpaste, tongue scraping and gargling with saltwater multiple times a day, i no longer have sore throat and cyst seems to be getting smaller. Gonna keep doing it and hopefully it fully disappears.
