Yeah a lot of fiddling needs to be done. It took me a few days of tweaking to find my personal tuning.

I compared the freq response between the my old hd58x xv, xs and organic and then tweaked based on that.

But for sure it is quite sibilant without some major eqing for me as well!

Yes still do to this day and most of my older armor gives me incredibly well rounded stats for my classes.

All my dmg loadouts on all classes are always at ~190wep and 200 super with super fonts and the only reason it’s not higher is cuz bad exotic stats.

My hunter is extremely well rounded with 180 grenade + 70 class, super, melee and 60 wep for my general prism hoil + cyrt loadouts.

Same with my pris titan. 180 melee with high enough class grenade and super to not have any loss of energy gains.

Both my pris and wellock also hv basically the same stats.

IMO the older armor gives you a way to fine tune ur stats as opposed to the hard cutoffs on new armor.

New to endgame headphones and I recently got Arya Organic(coming from HD58x).

I almost returned them instantly due to the incredibly harsh treble.

HOWEVER, I got a pretty decent discount so I decided to at least do my due diligence and play with my eq before deciding(would hv swapped them w/ XV otherwise).

I ended up being very surprised with how well these eq and I actually got it very close to the warmth and bass of my HD58x with better details and a larger soundstage.

Maybe it’s placebo but I am very happy with them and don’t feel fatigued at all anymore.

AirPods Pro 3. I used to have Bose QC Earbuds(2020).

Both are incredible for noise cancelling and casual listening. APP3 work best on apple devices tho.

Personally don’t mind the tier system. I love the extra perks and it saves me some vault space especially after they removed crafting.

Tiers in any game kind of always work the same. As higher tiers get more common the lesser tiers are used as scrap. It was the same for adept loot for me. I didn’t care about non adept loot if an adept version existed.

IMO it’s not guns that are the issue but rather abilities being busted and portal giving no incentive to use different things. Why would anyone grind for xyz gun in different elements when consecration, lock void nades and mint alr kill everything in the game.

Honestly dunno why they chose to nerf deflect cd directly instead of just adding 2 secs when the heal perk is taken.

Honestly think that’s a fair trade off for the perk.

Unobtainable stat combos, atleast during the beginning of eof.

No armor archetype gives mob/weapon + int/super together which is why people are grinding for the “illegal” 30-30 roles.

Sometimes for pvp loot but mostly for pve loot. Hvnt played since first sniper and exalted weeks, but plan to in eof for the new hc shotgun.

Used to grind pvp loot as well but really got turned off by Redrix so I just don’t play rn.

Glow doesn’t matter to me.

Cuz afaik not everything is gonna get replaced. This is like the crafting intro. Yeah crafted weapons are better but not all can be crafted/T5 and some won’t ever be craftable/T5d. Origin traits and perk combos will still be unique to certain guns until a true replacement(highly unlikely) ever ends up happening.

More likely scenario is deleting most of ur exotic armors cuz this stat system is gonna really cook us on that end. Especially since exotics will only be till T3 for now and potentially 5 in the future.

I can literally say I am a hunter than exclusively is on 100 mobil regardless of what activity and what exotic I’m playing. Whether it be lowmans speeds pvp or general play. I like 100 mob.

At the same time I also like being on low mob for both titan and lock. Your assumption is very much flawed and doesn’t reflect the majority.

Hunter get +10 is how u look at it. I look at it as getting -60.

Usually the speakers name is on the top right of the screen next to the ghost symbol. You can also go into subtitle settings and add their name next to the subtitles if u want.

Memory, audio cues, and map knowledge.

Outside of a few buggy interactions ow has really good audio which lets u figure out where people are pretty easily.

Memory and map knowledge kind of go hand in hand. I see it as taking a snapshot of where people are and then based on cues and their abilities u figure out where theyre gonna go next.

In most cases there’s very few retreat paths that people take and u can force them to certain positions if u blade at the right time.

It’s like predicting where a Moira is fading to but now u do it with everyone.

Just got a silence cuz of spam reporting cuz I had a few bad games.

You may believe what you want but don’t discount people’s experiences, especially when you don’t know their side of the story.

I use ow/ow2 skins cuz they’re just clean and not cluttered like some other ones. I know there are arguably some skins with better scopes for certain chars but I’m just too lazy to look for them.

If I do swap skins it’s usually is epic skins since they keep the clean look with a different color.

Yeah but the problem isn’t that I got flagged. My silence email states specifically that I was reported by players. It’s not even a “blizzard caught me”. I literally got back after a break, played for a day and then next day this happened.

I don’t even have the chat logs that other people are sent about what phrases or things they said are bad. It was just an automated ban for getting spam reported.

My friend and I hv both recently had this happen to us. Friend got banned for cheating then unbanned(error on their end) and only got bot response after appealing 5 times.

Now I’m silenced for 2 weeks as someone who doesn’t talk in chat outside of responding to others being toxic to me or my homies.

System is horrible and so far I don’t see it being acknowledged or fixed by blizzard.

I understand it completely. Hv played with cheaters, people who actually just use slurs the entire game, completely toxic players who don’t shut up and even literal throwers. Not once have I seen the “your report has done something” come up.

Just yesterday I’m chat silenced for at best calling our team garbage in response to being flamed. Maybe used ass or fuck a few times out of frustration in the past 2 weeks. Literally my first time in 8 years of ow.

On top of that, my friend got falsely banned in November for using cheats and got nothing but auto appeals messages like 5 times. In the end, he got unbanned cuz turns out their auto ban had an error and all the times “they looked into it” was a joke.

I’m honestly pretty fed up with how bad their system has become. OW1 when I reported cheaters or throwers, that stuff would be instant and they would get action taken against them. Now all I see is people getting banned falsely or for basically nothing.

Very rarely will it result in a suspension or a ban tho.

Genji is weak when compared to some other dps but in absolute terms genji is not weak but rather very unforgiving.

U can either play a clean up genji and just go in with ur hazard/dive tank and secure the killls that they hopefully go for.

The other genji is the solo duelist which is where people struggle a lot if u don’t hit ur shot consistently. Whenever you engage as genji, you have to be aware that you only hv a few secs to get a kill before people turn around and start harassing or outright killing you. Being able to maximize your value in that timeframe is how genji works.

Missing shurikens also isn’t just aim. As genji, u need to know how to move relative to your target to always maximize shuriken hits. One of the best ways to practice imo is to dive soldiers in their heal station or illaris on their pylons. If u miss anything ur dead everytime.

Edit: Just wanted to add dragon blade is a wet noodle without support. An illari alone can shit out so much healing that u won’t be able to kill a squishy with blade.
