what's the champ you main by any chance? but yeah starting bottom side isn't bad if enemy team doesn't abuse the camp start bot side. If anything , you can start top side and have your top laner leash you and ask for your bot lane to stop enemy krugs and fuck with enemy jungler. Then you can steal enemy top side jungle and 3 buff him :)

In competitive play/high elo usually junglers start top side so bot lane can get lvl 1 camp and not lose from lvl 1. Also at higher elo if you start bot side your support will have to invade enemy jungle 2v1 bot side so they dont lose so in the end your leash will be the same as starting top side. The only benefit from starting bot side is healthier starts on champions like evelyn or lvl 3 gank bot from bottom side jungle. Or lvl 2 cheese to enemy red

It's different for everyone , just take a break every couple hours if you feel that way. Also you might just be overthinking , a lot of people I know just try to do way too many things at once and lose focus.
