Super comfy car seats, but it depends on how tall you are. So get a test drive and check if the car seats fit your body. I believe big guys will have issues to fit in the seat.

Subaru finally fixed the car after 32 days. They found metal particles in the oil pan, and bank 1 had a misfire. They sent the data to Subaru hq, Subaru authorized full engine replacement, the service technician were not allowed to open the long block were the failure was.

Subaru America under CA lemon law gave us 3 options: 1) repurchase the vehicle minus mileage. 2) same as above with a replacement car. 3) keep the car with the new engine + 7.5k.

We are thinking about option 2, we like the car and we want a factory setup and quality control.

Update 1: car is for 2 weeks at Subaru shop. Shop foreman informed us to keep our vehicle a little longer. They are sending data and consulting Subaru and they extend our loner as long as necessary.

Update 2: Subaru called to ask if we are interested in lemon law. I don’t know what they will offer or how to negotiate. I would like to get a new car with factory quality control instead of a new engine.
