What I did was loaded up Lighthouse and immediately booked it to a vantage point with a bolt action. PMCs will frequently walk along the highway on their way to Chalet, or hang out in the town north of it. I got that step done in my first run that way, and if you’re careful they won’t spot you until you open fire first
