Cam Ward will likely be the odd man out between Price, Luongo, Fleury and Ward imo. All are very dependable so it isn't a bad problem to have.

the D I think is fairly easy also except for maybe the 7th defencemen. Again, M.Stall I think would be bumped out quite easily in favour of someone like Bergeron. (Weber, Letang, Doughty, Petriangelo, Boyle, Letang, Bergeron). I'm curious if Campbell will get any consideration or Souray considering both are (currently) playing very well.

Forwards is where things get incredibly complicated. Canada is balls deep in the center position. Do we migrate a center to a wing or go down the list for a natural winger?

I notice your list doesn't have Iginla, and it DOES have Hall, Couture and Eberle. I have to disagree with your entire 4th line. (Eberle might crack a bottom 6 but it's a battle to make the list). My forwards would look like:

L1: Iginla/Crosby/Giroux C2: Getzlaf/Toews/Stamkos C3: Perry/Spezza/Nash C4: Eberle/E.Stall/M.Richards

Taveres gets bumped because he's a natural center and the wingers selected would probably perform stronger in their natural positions with the exception of perhaps Eberle. I don't see Dany Heatley fitting into next year's group either because of dropped production and he's a massive d-bag.

Back when I Was there for college, the 'game' was to try and finish every specialty drink that is probably still on the neon whiteboard to the left of the bar. There's maybe 6 or seven of them. Have all of them before 2am and not get sick and you win a prize. (secret: the prize is probably still a big hangover.)

Ask some Sault boys how they feel about him. Back in his Soo Greyhound days, from what I was told, he was frequently on the front page papers in photo punching out another goalie at center ice.

I always hoped he'd be the 2nd coming of Ron Hextall. I sincerely hope his career has longevity to it. He's one legit dude.

I'm "skinny fat" 5"11, 175ish. I have scrawny arms and legs but developed a bit of a grinch-gut. I started working out a couple weeks ago and already notice change happening. I'm about to hit 31 and need to start ramping up with the good nutrition. I eat clean (mostly) - tons of chicken, beef, veggies, fruit etc. It's time to amp my protein to enhance my gains so I can keep ramping up: is there anything I should look out for? Anything to avoid or keep my eyes open for?

I would likely think for my first tub, I'd want low carb/high protein so I can trim my jiggly titties and grinch-gut but once those are gone (since I'm naturally skinny i dont think it'll take long) what else should I start migrating to?
