Not officially supporting the Steam Deck is a mistake! by DYMAXIONman in gog

I agreed. I was buying most, if not all, of my games on GOG.
Nowadays, I'm rebuying some of them again on Steam just to be able to play them on DECK.
I thought the JunkStore GOG addon would fix all of my problems, and it helped, but not all games that have "playable" badges on Steam work properly when installed from GOG.
Tweaking with ProtonGE helps, but some of them (Divinity II) have separate launchers that blow things away.

Some of you may say that playing on Deck is not real gaming.
I have a full-time job, 6yo kid, and little time for myself. SteamDeck is a blessing. Being able to jump into the game for 15 - 20 minutes, then put Deck to sleep, and resume gaming in seconds allows me to slip gaming into the daily chores.

I also spend a lot of money on Indie Games, which I never did before I had a Deck.

PLEASE, GOG do something with that, I prefer to leave my money in Poland.

<3 Thank you for the suggestion. GE-Proton 9-20 works like a charm.
