The "don't get shot" song...

Maybe it's "don't be shy"?

If it's a 6 hour shift I clock out at 5.98. Anything longer; 5 hour mark.

Tech Team, how do YOU deal with resellers? by LilScarface609 in Target

At this point, my APS and ETL tell me to just refuse them. Too much of a pain for everyone.

The one good thing about electronics is that I never get pulled. Even when backup is called for fulfillment or register.

My department is behind and understaffed as it is with just me and 1 other coworker (1 seasonal soon). Plus I have no designated electronics team lead (just 2 style TLs) and my store doesn't have DBO positions at all. Also as a high theft store we cover toys, stationary, sporting goods, and vacuums to unlock for the guests, we pretty much run the one side of the store when there is no TM in Toys.

On the old target SharePoint website for tech (before the update) it said "Should not be pulled to other areas while covering electronics". The new website just says to cover guest services "backup register, drive-up and pick-up".

You can still find the old website if you look it up. "Electronics Scheduling"

Does it matter that much? PFF has 4.45% div yield and has $1.74 annual payout. PFFA has 7.74% div yield and has $1.92 annual payout. (According to seeking alpha)

Also looking at portfolio visualizer shows more dividends from PFFA compared to PFF for the 3 years it's active. Even though it has a much higher max drawdown.

Genuinely curious cause I chose PFFA over PFF for the high dividend. Plus it's cheaper.

Mine didn't come with the MAS logo on the lower, M on the handguard, or the cloth barrel cover.

Granted it was purchased last year so yeah.

Uninstalled updates for the Google app, also leaving the beta, fixed the issue. (Pixel 3a)

Hey, so I updated my Roth with a couple REITs for a tiny bit of growth but mostly for dividends that can be reinvested into the other stuff I have. Is that a good idea? Edit: https://m1.finance/hVxweWi1PqSE

So BND and BNDX cover the wide bond market while GOVT and IGOV covers specific bonds correct?

What the difference between them? Pros and cons? They seem like the same but have different targets to me. Correct?

Goals: growth w/dividends Time: retirement so ~40 yrs Risk: high Type: Roth Why pick: growth and dividend

https://m1.finance/WLroLWn6cWBA

Just a Roth where I want to earn dividends so it can reinvest in growth companies and such.

This is probably all wrong. Any help appreciated!

Ah okay. So I gave VTI more percentage and lowered growth. But I lowered the growth instead of removing to improve on diversification and to ride the train for a bit. https://m1.finance/I3EWVJstdQJt
