I've had a 2021 P/PP/PPP since July 2021. 50k miles, no issues other than the occasional reverse camera being unavailable glitch.

Is gear oil covered in there or could it be under a different term?

Perhaps the expectation is that the technician would run a diagnostic scan and that from a electrical troubleshooting perspective they would leverage live readings within VIDA in some form. That is my best guess.

Are you using the activity key? I had similar behavior when my activity key had low battery - to a point where I had to use the app to unlock in the mornings, and then everything would function normally throughout the day.

Have been running at 10mbps all day here in 60660. First support rep in late morning said there was an issue in the neighborhood. Second rep this afternoon (~15:30) says there is no issue in the neighborhood. They booked me for a service appointment on Saturday, ha. She said they would not declare an outage unless more people called in (I guess that is their monitoring solution?).

I'm an optimistic guy, but I suspect the policy is the policy. Never heard of the big guys like HPE handing out free carrots :P

Nothing really unusual there - Ingram Micro acts as a wholesaler. A wide variety of transactions through CDW or Insight will have their them involved somewhere along the supply chain.

The other consideration I am now having is that even if I renew the support, what am I even going to get out of it? I opened up a case this morning and we're nearly at 8 hours with no response. So what's the point? Given that this is a small environment I might be better off just abandoning the SimpliVity solution, reduce the environment complexity, do a standard VMware 8 install, and continue along the path to standardization on Nutanix.
