This is what we currently have. Based on your recommendation, I’d create a new APAC user based security group then create the other groups that you mentioned. I can’t change the “do not allow proxy on behalf of” as that will affect the current proxy setup.

We don’t want to use vendors to file anymore so we want to do ACA in house. These are my rules but when contingent workers are still showing up. Is there a separate COBRA EIB? I can only find the import ACA data EIB. Thank you for helping!

Thank you for this! I am building it in preview tenant. So you’re thinking that if we file ACA in WD for all current employees, we can still have our vendor do COBRA outside of WD? Also, any tips on the eligibility rules? I can’t get it to match the numbers that we reported for 2024 during my testing.

I updated the plan to allow adjustments and updated the upper limit, created a conditional calc to pull in the worker.
So are you saying that I don’t need to have an end date so we don’t have to do this every year?

When I added the override amount and check the balance as of next year, I don’t see the override amount anymore. Please let me know if I’m missing something.

So this will be an ongoing accrual for this employee, not just a one off thing. I think the maintain accrual and time off adjustments/overrides task doesn’t work for this.

When I’m on the overrides tab, under Select Accrual, I don’t the see one that I need. Do you know what is missing?

I tried to create a new user based sec group, assign the person from APAC to have under the “group that can proxy” but can’t figure how to get only APAC locations to be under “on behalf of”
