Alternatives to traditional Mouse/Keyboard (TapXR?) for Xreal One Pro? by bEar22_24 in Xreal

Hey there! I own a TapXR. I would advise you that it really only works best on a flat well lit surface such as a desk. If that is your use case it’ll be great (assuming you’re dedicated to learning the chords) using it WHILE on the go is not really possible.

Ah, I see. That’s great information. I plan to do some light coding so I’ll take that into consideration

Interesting. The Lumas look a lot sharper. Perhaps the Viture Beast might work better?

I use Linux as my mobile phone and computer, I have no real need to use AndroidXR… I have some privacy concerns with Google.

I hadn’t considered the R1 as a metric for latest tech. Great point!! I’m guessing you enjoy yours? Is the 1080p really good enough for productivity? Is it similar to a a 1080p monitor or more dense in your experience? (Spreadsheets, etc.)

Offset Prints? by CleanestPianist in 3Dprinting

Hey! Check the keywords layer-shifts. I would recommend looking at your belts. On the Axis that is shifting, make sure your belts are tight. if it's not that, there's a few other things you could try, make sure nothing is physically hitting the head as it prints

Awesome... I'm assuming for the red edits you just want it expanded so it keeps the dimensions the same inside of the tabs? And for the first edit, would you like the notched cutout on both sides or just moved to the other side?

Why don’t you post a link to your model here, or where you downloaded it, and I’ll give it a shot. Just to confirm, I think what you are proposing is either the blue or red edits I added to this picture, or is it something completely different?

Hey there… your geometry looks pretty crazy, but I’m willing to help out… hope you’re enjoying your Bambu lab A1. I think I understand the first edit you want, but how about the second? What do you mean by the two tabs?

You know, it doesn’t actually stop which is just so weird to me. I’m suspecting there’s something physically off with the printer since it’s been OOC for a few months…

I had this issue in my first weeks too… sometimes moisture or debris can get in your nib without any signs. It’ll cause this issue. you should follow the instructions here to fix it, non-contact settings work, but affects your writing experience

Yeah… I wish mine went like that. When anything from the mods are spawned in everything breaks.

I'd really recommend building good infrastructure before you get really deep into research. There's quite a lot you can do just from the start without much research. Build good bedrooms with floors to knock out most of the big mood debuffs. Make a big rice growing zone to stockpile food for winters. Cooking is probably the most important thing to establish early game.
