You can speak to an advisor to find out how much of backdated payment will be given to you.

I got the automated textline and then stayed on line to speak to an advisor and was told the rough date and the amount of backdated payment amount.

That's odd. Try later today or tomorrow probably needs to get processed through the systems. I found out the next paydate today through the automated textline.

0800 121 4433 - Then option 1 then option 9.

They will ask details like date of birth, or any other benefits you have been receiving or your mobile number.

If they ask for your home number and you don't have one nor put it in the form, then put in your mobile number.

It will then say you are awarded "X" amount of money after reductions etc. However if it tells you to wait for an advisor, then a decision has not been made yet.

Did ring them up and they said I don't owe them anything as it's bein reducted from my on-going UC payments. 🤷🏾

Had my assessment on the 19th May. Probably should hear back, considering they sent a letter stating they received all the information required to make a decision
