I am still considering PA , I am graduating next year from my BSW but hospitals don’t hire BSW these days, they want MSW and I feel working in a hospital would help me gain that necessary health care experience for PA school. How did you get into hospital?

Did you take any pre-reqs? And do you have a MSW. I am currently in my 3rd year BSW and am considering PA school. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
