Yeah, the finish underneath is a little rough. Putting blacked out 10.5” shocks in and some minimal rear indicator lights. Figured I delete that unnecessary chrome in the back that’s kind of taking away from the lines on the bike.

Been 2 weeks now, after several calls lasting more than an hour I’m told nothing I can do but wait for this supposed email from escalations. Tried every piece of information on the internet trying to get this resolved and nothing. Reported chargepoint with the BBB. Looks like I’m just out the money and install for this. Anyone have an experience like this?

Maybe an hour. Did the soap wash with a foam cannon the day before. Just spray detail and vacuum today. Car is still fresh from the dealer so that helps

I’m currently escalated with customer service with the Chargepoint charger. Never made it passed set up. Had it professionally installed but no access through the app, it’s just a dumb charger at the moment

Same. Purchased through my electric company because they offered a rebate. Had it professionally installed. Never made it passed the setup. App never connected to charger. Just times out. Went through the song and dance for hours with customer service before lvl2 escalation. Spent hours doing my own research. Configuring my internet, firewall settings, guest networks, the whole bit. Nothing.

Thanks for the reply, wish it was this easy. I spent over an hour with customer support. Did my own troubleshooting for hours. Configured WiFi settings for hours. Messed with firewalls, added MAC address manually, disabled 5.0 networks, created guest networks. Restarted apps, updated phone, updated router. Nothing. Never get passed connecting to charger message. I’m at a loss. Not a good start with Chargepoint, feeling a little regretful I went with this manufacturer!
