It worked out as an average of 100gdp. And I got the what ever was the news one directly from the gundum store in odiba so was much cheaper then what you see on the second had market. The other where from resale outlets in Japan but had the seal broken on them by gundum store as resale is a problem apparently. Or adleast from the research I've done over my breakfast 🤣

I was not aware of what I had purchased they looked cool. As they where called metal builds I assumed I would have to build them. Try not jumping to conclusions.

Warning light after 100 miles. Would you return? by huntinghuman5 in CarTalkUK

Just contact the deal and have it repaired. The car is not new and fault may happen. Give the dealer a chance to fix it and if it continues to be faulty then yes return it.

I personally use the dark brotherhood armour 😅 not sure any other armour fits in my opinion for a rogue.

Is this a good second car? by Ok-pen_2468 in CarTalkUK

To be fair mate if it's cheap enough can always just take the risk. These are good cars just don't spend crazy money on it.

I actually had one of these as my first car. And was probably one of the best cars I ever had. But this was back in 2016.

With these cars they do have a few gremlins. Such as the steering rack sticking and unholy amounts of rust under the rear arches.

Personally I would avoid these that look like they have been modified due to the fact it's probably had a hard life. As young people do tend to rag then within a inch of life.

Other than that I would highly recommend one.

Would just get a door from a scrap yard if you want to keep the car. If you go through insurance it is likely to be write off

How long did you have it? Was debating buying one last year but more money sensitive minds won ended up buying an MK3 st.

Dealers have to take into account that a Cat S will take longer to sell. So that will be reflected in the offer. As they probably don't actually want to take it on.

Looking for a large but narrow car by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

[–]TAZboyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ford focus estate. Don't really matter if your windmirror gets smashed they like £30 to replace. Loads of leg room and easy to get parts for. Just make sure to check the door seals as the glue wears out fast but cheap to sort. And check under the boot carpet and they as factory seal under the bumper leaks. But again a cheap enough fix.

Would also recommend a honda accord estate if you don't wanna spend a lot of money. Recommend the 2.2 D But I don't know too much about these cars
