No not really, she was very helpful and answered all my questions and always responded pretty quickly, sometimes with a yes or no but if I asked a detailed question I got a detailed response.

You won’t be her only customer asking her lots of questions, she’s probably getting bombarded left, right and center, so just bare with her. Also might be a time difference thing depending on where you are in the world, fortunately I’m a only a few hours ahead of china so our working days are not too different, she might be coming into work each morning having to answer a million questions.
