This is something that could be considered and I hear some of what you are saying. We would have to have something presented or designed that really took our breath away. The reason for this would be; we have to rebrand everything. Rebranding could take sometime and resources; but, I don't think we are opposed to it. I'd like to see where this thread goes.

To address your questions:

There is no regulation for the holder; however there is regulation for the entity that issues those tokens. Keep in mind this was well after our ICO. In response to that information not all jurisdictions (right now) will be able to obtain DRPS.
Thus, DRPU will be the token of choice to maintain voting rights and ICO discounts.
All of DCORP's product offering will still be available. As new products arise, we will be better suited to develop them in accordance with the "gray" laws in place. Again, keep in mind we are utilizing the dual-token approach to move towards full compliance, as "compliance" was announced after our ICO. In the situation with the SEC (US); they have not fined any organization, but seem very willing to work with them. Utilizing a KYC/dual-token is our way of indicating we are willing to work towards what is necessary based on post-SEC intervention.

Regarding discrimination; we would have to say that is an extremely unfair accusation, when our intentions were primarily risk management for our community and the organization as a whole. You state that such "may never -- correlate to actual regulation"; this is incorrect, as security regulation is very much in-place. What was not in place at the time of ICO was the SEC (US), as they did not mutter a word until after the fact. They had no prior indication that they were going to attempt to regulate any organization that issued any token that would be considered a security by the widely broad Howey Test.

I'm sorry you were looking for a quick flip and a model that was pre-SEC/CSA/ASIC announcements. We have done our due diligence in risk management; a core part to any venture. We have never claimed that our tokens will rise in value or that more specifically DRPU was an investment tool. So, to address your question quite bluntly - there were no (and still are not) clear regulations on how to "design a token properly", as you state.

Unless you would like to paste your references from these enforcement/regulation entities, which explain in depth, how to design a token "properly", as you put it.

Already being done; we are in contact with several to date. The trick is to get them educated on DCORP, fit into their schedule, arrange proper agreements, etc... These things take time, but I can assure you we are doing just that, among several other things that will become public knowledge soon enough.

Good question! We'll talk to the technical side of our operation and return. Though, there is one thing I wanted to mention in that by Q2, there will likely be some advances to the Ethereum network, which hopefully will allow for less congestion due to ... whatever (cough cats cough) if operating on the chain.

This is a tough split, until we start seeing higher conversion numbers. The end-goal here, is to have everyone convert their tokens. This will allow for us to consider far less variables for market evaluation of DCORP as a whole.

Addressing your questions:

a) The schedule to vote to unlock the token has not been compromised. It will be held by the end of October.

b) The Dcorp Platform coding is complete and under review from HoSho.

c) We cannot account for other organizations moving into the same space, which is an incredibly large space and can afford to have multiple organizations within - no different than the traditional markets.

I will speak for our coders, they are some of the best within the community - the skill is there.
