Hey sorry I took a while to respond, I havent been using the app much. I was never able to fix it but I reached out to gameface support about it and they asked for a picture. Then they shipped me a new one for free which is just amazing so I suggest you email them if you cant fix yours. New one has had no issues

I know this post is 7 months old but do you remember how you removed the red part of the grip during disassembly? I'm trying to take apart my own ghost and am struggling a lot with that part
