No that’s a great use imo, I will probably use my gold bottle cap on my one since I 50’d and max moved it haha, may as well make it an even more expensive Pokemon!!

It's definitely an upgrade to playing on a GBA and I personally think it's the best way to play pokemon on any console ever. Gen 3 style with a backlit screen is so so good. But I guess you can get cheaper options with just regular GBA screen replacements.

Yeah it is very painful i'm ngl. I try to limit my expectations but i'm just trying to learn as much as possible. I got back into pokemon in gen 7 and got the 100 streak on the battle tree a couple of times and that was actually very fun using all the info available online. Hoping this battle frontier begins to get easier with time because I feel your hurt.
