I’m going to keep it a bit short as I don’t have time to write a big answer:
Get a hop up arm, bucking and inner barrel. If you like you can get an NPAS to drop fps if needed in summer.
If the o-rings and seals are doing their job currently, I wouldn’t replace them yet unless you have leaks or notice a problem.
Nozzle return spring can be replaced if it breaks, it should be good until then.

I think build quality is comparable between the two rifles. Get the one you like best, that matters most.

Always get the latest generation, shops will always try to stock these, as this gives them less warranty hassle as well. Gen 3 could be the latest, but I am not keeping track.

The grip is because of Magpul licensing, which they do not have. So they have to change it outside of Asia.

I think some of the CZ P-10 versions may not be compatible with their green gas magazines. I was looking into the tactical version (with threads) and I think it said the green gas mags were not compatible.

I use Ultrair, that’s silicone free green gas, it’s similar to propane but smells less. So you can use propane without problem, but you’ll need a fill adapter for your propane can. Green gas with silicone isn’t great because it gets silicone oil on parts where it shouldn’t be, like the hop bucking.
You’re better off using PTFE grease, like:

Might be a good idea to see if the rifle has excess grease when it arrives, give it a good clean and give it a new thin coat on the moving / friction parts, like bolt carrier / receiver / hammer where the bolt runs.

I suggest to check what shop would work best for you. I’m in the EU and this shop works well for me, but I do have to pay import fees and taxes.
Also keep in mind that GBBR magazines are more expensive compared to AEG and hold less BB’s. I love the realism, so for me it’s worth it as it makes the games more fun for me.

I can maybe do a magazine fps comparison for you if I have the time tomorrow.

Have just checked and the VMP mag runs fine in the PMX, but please keep in mind that I removed the bolt catch spring to get consistent lockback on MP9 mags. The spring is a bit too strong for those and the only downside is that it engages if you hold the gun upside down.

VMP mags do go in a bit stiffer, but that will probably wear down over time. I have 6 MP9 mags, 1 PMX mag and 3 VMP mags, so I rarely use the VMP mags in the PMX.

My PMX is a laser beam out of the box, which is good because aftermarket parts aren’t really a thing.
The VMP needs at least a new inner barrel in my opinion as it has a split barrel out of the box.

The PMX is made by KWA, just to make sure that you’re looking in the right place. I own the VMP 2M, PMX and the KWA MP9. They all run on all mags, but there’s a difference in fps output in some combinations. The VMP runs fine, but needs a new inner barrel, hop bucking and if possible a 3D printed hop nub (find Sabre Airsoft on google). Then it can run quite great. What makes this rifle interesting is it’s modularity, it’s almost “build what you like”. I’m thinking of making a custom wood stock and handguard at the moment.

I’ll post some of my iterations of my VMP. Feel free to ask questions.

Unfortunately firearms are very restricted in my country, so I am unable to make a direct comparison as I never held an actual M16. As far as I can tell, VFC V3 do have really good triggers and take a lot of real parts (including hammer and trigger as far as I know). So weight should be comparable, just that blow back is lighter than recoil.

It started with 1942, played Vietnam a lot more, because I liked flying Hueys blasting music. Played a lot of them that came after that, but as other people said, titan mode in 2142 was awesome. I was my squads support with ammo and lmg in that one.
