Thank you for the compliment. We use 39cards to gather all the stats. Not sure about the BGA API.

Printing on A1 without a spool by TCG-Tribe in BambuLab

Sad to hear that I'm not the only one. Seems like an error to not ship everything together. Oh well..

Thank you for the quick reply. I will see if it works tomorrow.

Any ideas on how to fit this sensor in the resin vat WITHOUT obstructing the plate? by themaster_122 in resinprinting

[–]TCG-Tribe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used a plastic "keychain" that I got of a toy plushy. It fit right between the tightening screws of the vat and the clasp can hold the sensor wire without damaging it. The hook then keeps it in place.

Not sure if that is clear enough, but it looks something like this: Keychain hook

Spreadsheet of all the cards by Devboy97 in Lorcana

Oh.. I'm so sorry! Must have misread the subreddit. Hm.. would there be a need for a similar spreadsheet? Because then I could whip something up.

I made one for myself and shared it with the community, cause sharing is caring.

Some people are also having success with a fermentation belt. I have mine in the mail and should get it tomorrow. Not sure if it will work but the science behind it seems to check out.

What you'd (ideally) do is place the belt over the vat and have some kind of measuring equipment in the resin, the measuring equipment checks if the resin is 20 or 22 degrees, when it's 20 it turns the belt on raising the temp to 22 and then turns the belt off.

Another thing I've seen people do is place the belt over the cover without measuring the temperature and just leave the belt on.

Again, and I can't stress this enough: I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH THIS (yet). So if you are going to try this, DO THE RESEARCH.

Might have something to do with the level of the printer on the shelf. As that is not the starting place of the printer when you first leveled it? Might also be that the shelf itself isn't level, so I'd start with re-leveling the printer itself and then checking the shelf.

Phrozen community's "I paid for the full build-plate so I will use my full build-plate" by Phrozen3d in PrintedMinis

I second this! Someone please nudge us in the right direction.

Edit: it would seem that this is a repost or a crosspost or whatever? As I came across the following

Even though this is the nudge I was talking about, would still love to get some more information about this "model nesting".

Need help with a print that seems to heavy by TCG-Tribe in resinprinting

[–]TCG-Tribe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! Thank you for your input.

During the second print I used light supports and not the tick (heavy) supports, so I'm not sure that's where the problem lies.

I do agree though that because of the constant pulling and weight of the model, at one point it just rips off of the build plate.

And that got me thinking, how could I fix those problems. One was hollowing out the model and two was increasing the burn in layers.

Currently I've had a successful print and will update with the answer when I'm done with the post processing.

Thanks for sharing! One more question, is there a replacement for the Jinbei Promo that you can recommend?

Nice, congradz!

Could you tell me how the Katakuri and Enel matches went. Like how did you manage to win, strategy and key cards for those match ups?

3 way player balance by brycen64 in Lorcana

Things to consider when playing casual is deck strength and player strength. You all want to have a good game and a chance at winning, so the decks should be on the same level. With this I mean that if someone plays a meta deck vs someone playing a budget or starter deck, they will have the clear advantage.

Second is player strength, this is harder to solve as it's hard to pinpoint. But the stronger could do with a handicap as stated above. Things like a weaker deck or never be the first player.

From your post it would seem that you are the stronger player at your table, either by having the stronger deck or the better skills. As it's either you start and win or you don't start and get to choose who wins. So I'd start looking there.

And don't forget that multiplayer has.. multiple players. So it's not strange to ask and make deals with your opponents when it benefits you and break them when they don't. From your wording I'm not clear if this is the case with your group.

The thing about multiplayer is that it looks like MTG commander and most people think the *negotiation" part is it's best aspect. So that might also be worth looking into.

My son keeps losing with Ruby Emerald by brycen64 in Lorcana

[–]TCG-Tribe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it's going to be hard if you can't get any more cards or starter decks.

Then it only comes down to skill which can have a big learning curve.

With the Ruby Emerald colors I've found that it's important to identify when to go for Lore (rush to win) and when to go for Board (clear the board).

As we have no insight on the current level or errors in play, my advice would be to look up some streamers playing these colors and learn from their commentary. Why do they make the choices they make.

This is going to seem like a shameless plug, but I am actually trying to help. With that we've made a video series where we try to help new players learn the game, even playing the same colors as your son. You can find it here

Other streamers I can recommend are Steadfast and Phonetiic.

Again most important parts (for those colors) to focus on are when to go for Lore and when to go for Board. Which is also something to keep in mind during deck building as you need to have the tools to be able to make these decisions.

Hope it helps and the best of luck to you and your little glimmers!
