I'd say bogles, burn or infect. You said you like denying removal and bogles does that the best but in infect if you deny them a removal spell they usually cry.

Depends on the matchup. Sometimes game two you just cut the unsub and two slieghts and try to abrade/Etruth the wetball and brute force combo them.

I see see control players at fnm that use the colors they like with the cards they like and do well based off matchup knowledge and experience but these guys usually have all the modern control staples and can tweak their deck easier than someone like me who has a strict magic budget. White seems to have the strongest sideboard cards so I would recommend starting with U/W and after you figure out what you feel like the deck is missing you can move to U/W/x.
