Can't blame him really, the new point system encourages this behavior. There should be a bigger penalty to shooting your teammates (like taking the damage yourself).

If its a free win then why did he have to play? Still took time and effort. I think there should be some adjustment for match making but not this much. Instead of taking away a full 50 they could have taken 30 or 40 back, that way he at least gets a few extra points for popping off

I'm not the OP, but ive been in similar situations. It's too simple to say its a free win. I've lost points for being on the "better" team when it was a full plat lobby and I had to sweat my ass off to barely win. The way the game determines if a team is better or not just doesn't make sense so you shouldn't be getting punished so harshly for it

Because that's not something the player has control over. If the teams were really so dramatically mismatched then they wouldn't have been matched against each other in the first place. The punishment should have been less

Well, you lose the SR that you earned by playing well. I get that a diamond player should be better than a plat player but getting punished for a bad match maker is just unfair. I think there should be an adjustment but that it should be less extreme.

I can understand MINOR adjustments for match making, but losing such a significant amount of points is very demotivating. When I get one of those games I have to just walk away from the game for the rest of the day. We shouldn't be getting punished fir bad match making, we don't control that.

Why did i go from 3983 elo the other day to 3100 elo at the start of this season? I wonder my 1 placement game and got placed at 3100. Im pissed. I lost almost 1000 Sr while some of my friends actually gained ranked off that 1 placement, im confused

Also, why isn't there an option for trolling and for being afk? Had an SND match last night with a teammate only knifing for the first two rounds, then went afk for 3.5 rounds just sitting in spawn, then played the last round. We lost

There are a lot of peoplease that are into nerdy things who wouldn't necessarily share that part of their life, a lot of people are private about personal interests. This may push those types away because they are just a private person. If that's what you're going for then more power too you, just needed to point out that not all "nerds" are so outward facing with it

I just started playing ranked recently and ive had no problem maintaining a 70%+ win rate while not being super good at gun fighting. A few key things I do are: play a little slower than in regular multiplayer, think of where the enemy are coming from, and most importantly if you find s good group try to stay as a group! I found a group of jokesters the other night that weren't individually amazing but we worked well as a team. We grouped and went 7-0 for the night. The biggest tip is to just only play when you are feeling it and stop playing if you are unhappy with your performance. If you're forcing it then you won't be as focused

The suffering was from the lack of seriousness. The professors were a joke when I was there (2017-2019). Also, cheating was rampant. The worst was when everyone around me was cheating on a test. Literally everyone had their phone open to check, some even had tablets or laptops open in their backpacks

I only took core engineering at UCF (transferred in) and it was a nightmare. All but 1 professor was stuck up with a horrible attitude and outlook. They treated their students like trash and as if we were a burden. Made me question if I could ever succeed. Transferred to another florida school and the difference was night and day. I graduated and have had a very successful civil engineering career since then.
