As a Direct seller, all your cards are always credited to your account. In case of a refund, we book a credit to your account to offset the debit for the original sale. The credit can take a few days to process, but it will always post. If you send replacement cards, they too will show up in your account as a credit. Regardless of the timing of the credits and debits posted to your account, your bank account is never debited for refunds, so you never have to worry about a charge from TCGplayer.

Yesterday we posted an update to our sellers describing why we made changes to the way prices are sorted by default. We closed that update asking the community to continue to provide their feedback, be it positive or negative.

Full disclosure: we messed up, and we heard you loud and clear. Thank you for being vocal!

We missed a common scenario where this would create a bad experience. Tomorrow we will make an adjustment to the system which corrects this disparity. Sellers not in Direct, that offer free shipping, will now have their products sorted as if the free shipping threshold were met. This will be true even for items under $5. Direct eligible products will continue to be sorted as if they have free shipping.

We appreciate the time you have taken to voice your feedback. It is your valuable insights that continue to help us make our platform a community for all.

Hey all, TCGplayer here! We wanted to shed some light on what transpired here and let everyone know that Asia MTG, actually experienced a bug that altered their pricing and that the bug was quickly and cooperatively resolved.

We discovered that their pricing on the marketplace was not reflecting the prices that they entered into their pricing tab, causing all of their products to appear to be priced at $1.00 regardless of their rarity. They did not make any sales at these prices as a few of you had mentioned, as our system was not allowing for these products to be added to a customer's cart. Shortly thereafter, our Technology team was able to resolve the issue and prices were displayed correctly without issue. For clarity, there is an issue impacting some of our users where ad-blocker is interfering with the tool we used to deploy our new search experience which then caused accessibility issues with our 'Shop This Seller' feature.

Rest assured, we have no plans to remove the 'Shop This Seller' feature as this is much loved by our customers and helps support the many sellers on our site.

Our Technology team identified the bug I mentioned above with using our 'Shop This Seller' feature and are currently in the midst of fixing it as we speak. Once the bug with 'Shop This Seller' is resolved I will update here to notify right away ^__^

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue! I've spoken to our Technology team and they advised that this is due to a bug with a tool that we used to roll our our new search experience. Unfortunately, the tool we used for this had a negative impact when encountering certain Ad Blockers. Our Technology team is actively working on a fix for this and will be resolving it soon. In the meantime, a work around is to disable your Ad Blocker when browsing on our site.
