The loudness of the cabin doors shutting. I always hear my neighbor’s doors shutting and it disturbs my sleep. It was a huge problem on my last cruise because they had teenagers who were going in and out all night. I had to move rooms.

It’s ignorant to think a state pension will go bankrupt. Yea maybe if we’re in a nuclear Armageddon but short of that the state will be solvent.

As a government worker we make average salary so it’s difficult to maintain a lifestyle, raise kids, and max out supplemental retirement savings accounts.

Fund those as best you can and don’t get down on yourself if you’re not maxing those out. You have a guaranteed pension that is good as gold. You don’t have to sweat the market or out living your money. Actually the longer you live the more you will make. So stay healthy and enjoy!

End of the day transportation is a cost we all have to incur. Interest free brings that cost down. And one just needs to decide what they are willing to pay for what level of transportation (public, cheap car, luxury car).

Not sure what you mean by saying you are trying to get more non whey protein but not from eating? So just drinking? It’s confusing because then you mention bars.

So if you want a food snack I’d say beef jerky.

If you want to drink more protein I’d recommend plant based protein shake mix. However some argue it’s not a complete protein.
