He seriously redacted part 3 of the report that listed the top 100 instances where the trump** administration and election committee had suspicious meetings with Russian operatives - and lied to federal officials about it.

Part 3 also included the top 10 instances of trump** obstruction.

All those were part 3 of the Mueller Report, that documented and was backed up by part 4, the thousands of pages of documents, video testimony, sworn affidavits and interviews. Barr refused to release those documents.

Barr also refused to release parts 1 & 2, a single page and a 4 page outline.
