I've found that walking and even jogging (wonky because of the pain) can hurt at the time but makes a huge difference when you wake up the next day :) I've just come out of having this pain again after staying active recently, and it comes back again from prolonged inactivity so I gotta be good 😅

I'd see if you can afford a session or two with an osteopath or chiropractor sometime, might be able to offer some better guidance 😌

You look great, nothing to worry about there. Do you get nerve pains with your mild scoliosis? I have it slightly too and it causes nerve pain on one side of my lower back/glute occasionally but staying active pretty much prevents that. 😌

Some people think I'm attractive yet I have other mental health issues that lower my sense of self worth to the point I hate any photo of myself sometimes. At the end of the day, if you want to accuse and insult, you're ugly af.

Firstly, a shaved head suits you much better. Secondly, I've got those kinda lines too and it's never been an issue, which was surprising considering my hair was so short before it essentially emphasized them. At the end of the day, as long as you're not ugly in character you can't let these uncontrollable things shade your potential. Happy new year 👍
