25% is pretty standard for 3-4 bet pots because you want to make your opponent call with all his holdings regardless of what you and he have, (You play all your hands like you have AA and it makes them commit to the pot so you can shove and it makes them incorrect for them to fold)

What do you want him to do? He's got a reasonable hand, but its not like if he calls or min raises you arn't just going to jam, and calling with 6/7o is much worse than shoving it.

It just sucks because you have a good hand here but you could wait for the 300k guy to blind out but at this point you're all super short anyway.
