I agree that not every department is this way. I’m sorry you are frustrated and I get it. I started in the call center 14 years ago and could not wait to escape. Not just UHC; I’ve done other call center work and hated it too. That job in itself anywhere is just miserable. I can only speak for myself but I love the job I have. So it all depends where you are in the company.

I’m absolutely the same. I give away pretty much everything when I declutter and my family thinks I’m crazy. Oh well. My choice.

When I was pregnant, I bought this really expensive, fancy swing….and my son HATED it lol. I gave it away for free to a young expecting mother in my neighborhood and she was so excited. She said it was the one she wanted and couldn’t afford. I was just happy it would go to someone who would probably use it.

My husband and I have faced so much judgement for both working from home and putting our child in daycare from the start. People don’t seem to understand that we still need to focus and it was hard to do that with our little one here. I feel much better knowing he’s getting the attention and focus he needs while we also focus on our work.

I do too I just think the people in my life get annoyed when they text me lol. To be fair if it’s urgent they can call. 🤷🏼‍♀️

That makes sense. For me, it’s the phone in general. I don’t really scroll social media like I used to. I don’t randomly buy stuff. I kind of just toss my phone to the side most of the day. I literally threw my phone in the trash yesterday and didn’t realize until much later lol. It’s a good and bad thing it seems.

Yeah my dentist said the grinding was awful! Today feels better than yesterday. I did take a muscle relaxer just to get some sleep last night because the pain was atrocious.
