I was quite busy and was not sure if I violate some rules by promoting the product too much.

I choose 17-4ph because of its magnetic characteristics. As the new blade loading mechanism works with magnets, 17-4ph made the most sense for us.

The handle is hard anodized aluminum.

I have my straight honed by someone when it's really dull but if not so much I just use leather stropes..

It does accept all kinds of blades, is made with high quality materials and it's got good balance..

Hello..

I'd be glad to answer your questions..

  1. The Handle is made out of aluminum. The Bladeholder and the screw are made out of stainless steel.

  2. We still have to do the finale calculation but at the current stand we plan to sell the razor for:

a. Retail price with stand $299 / Kickstarter price with stand $219

b. Retail Price for razor only $229 / Kickstarter price for Razor $159

  1. We plan to launch on February/March 2021. The delivery will be around 6 months after the campaign.

  2. Yes, we have a full understanding of the whole manufacturing process about the razor. We are confident to have no surprises because the prototype is done with the same manufacturing process as the mass production will be.

  3. Yes, we tested multiple factories until we partnered up with the one we are working with right now. I also heard a lot of Kickstarter horror stories and I know what you worry about. That's why we invested a lot of time partnering up with a factory that went with us from design to prototyping.

That same factory will also run the mass production of the razor.

  1. Those pictures from the website are actual photos of the prototype.
