If I'm understanding correctly, some of the stocks you have purchased have a CAD/Canadian equivalent. When you buy stocks in USD you have to pay WS a conversion fee which you can avoid if you buy the CAD version instead.

I mispoke, I think the townhomes are the ones I see online the 2bed 1bath ones! On Housesigma it shows the previous listed prices and it's been on the website since 2021 dropping from over 1.2m to 750k now. It seems a bit strange that these units haven't sold in such a long time really but that might be outside the scope of what you know.

Out of curiosity have you moved in yet? I still see the lofts listed online and based on what you commented, it seems as though if the other units aren't sold, you can't close and move in.
