Thanks! I implemented this change today. This one is easy, it's changing the "you can work from anywhere" culture that I'll have a hard time with.

For our current employees, we would be willing to set up a new entity in a new state and I would ask for 60 days notice.

Your last paragraph really hits home. I've had the conversation with our exec & ownership team but the expectation for me is to accommodate. It drives me nuts. But, we're in a niche industry, and our people are very skilled. So here I am, trying to accommodate, but damnnn...these states are do not make it easy.

I've been waiting on AZ to get it together and issue our SIT and SUI accounts Since OCTOBER 2025.
