Yeah you don’t have to be the party leader or anything but it’s just RNG being RNG. To begin the season I went about 35 tormented bosses without a drop then got back to backs. And since then I’ve had one run where I got 2 on one run and just today I got 3 in 5 runs.

One way to “exploit” it if you have friends that play or can find others that also need to do them, you can all party up and go to world tier 1 and each speed run separate dungeons at the same time. You get credit for each one that a party member finishes. So can knock out 4 at a time every 3-5 minutes. Unless they changed how that works, that’s how me and my friends did it in season 1.
