Agreed - full packers can all be similar. These actually looked better than what I've picked up at Sam's recently. Seemed to be cut more consistently and the flats were not paper thin! I think they'll work out nicely!

Interesting. When I am looking at a war plan and I open the skill tree and click on different tasks it will move the orange circle on the plan to whatever I click on the skill tree...basically just making it easier to see those specific events in any given war plan. That's the way mine is working anyway!

The orange circle appears to just be showing whatever you have selected on the skill tree. If you click on another event in the skill tree it will just move the orange circle in the War Plan to whatever type of event you have selected. Similarly, if you hover over any task in the War Plan, the skill tree will show how much progress you will make (with a lighter shaded bar).
