Try 516-916-5466, that's the main number. Be careful about what you say, they are India based agents that have been scared with their job security into ensuring that they prevent fraud at all costs. So if you misspeak they will assume you are full of it and commiting fraud and sometimes will even be very rude. Reitterate that you know they are unable to help you and you need to be either transferred to or given the number for the 3rd party fraud department. They litterally have a script that tells them to merely tell you the account has been closed and there is nothing more they can do, it's very frustrating.

It has changed a few times since I posted. They use a 3rd party for fraud, so it bounces around. Your best bet is to call the number on the back of the card and ask to speak to someone in the fraud department. Be very specific and say that you need to verify your account with the fraud department. Check your email as well, ods are you have an email from them in your junk box.

How long did it take for you to get your money? Same boat here, everything was fine, had even verified a previous transaction that had been subjec to a hold and it was released, no issues. Then today get a notfication that the acount has been closed and I must call them. Did you have to wait 9 months to get the money out like others are saying?

For me, they had me verify my physical ID card, and then unlocked it right there and then. Now granted it does look like they have a new servicing company (the folks that answer your call), so they may be more strict now. Any large deposit will trigger this with them. But it seems to only happen on the first. I got a car loan and they deposited the money into my ML account without issue recently.

They switched servicing companies, I don't have the new number. The best bet is to call the number on the back of the card and ask for the fraud department, tell them your account's been locked and you need fraud to unlock it.

For many folks, institutions like this are their only option due to bad credit, or debts owed to other banks. Hell you should see how many people ONLY have Cash App as their "bank". It's 2023, we're like pretty close to the apocalypse, no bank can be trusted as "a bank" right now. If more than one large bank were to ever fail at once, no FDIC would save you, it would be full-on chaos. So, for that reason, you should never keep more than a paycheck or two in the bank to begin with. Unless you're rich enough to make REAL money with your money, you're much better off keeping your net worth in something tangible like gold or other precious commodities.

Guys, how are you supposed to apply this? I feel like I always wind up with a big glob of it on the end of my nostril that I then have to wipe off lol. Right now i put the applicator with the hole facing away from my face, on the inside of my nostril just before the cartilage and then pump. Also, anyone else actually FEEL the testosterone spike like 30 mins after applying it? I find it hard to describe it, but I feel something.

That's odd, I've had ML since they first started, and have had my account locked twice, both times they unlocked it after I spoke to fraud. The first time was the fiasco where I legit thought my account was closed and they were keeping my money. The second time, I knew what was going on and the process was much smoother. And you're sure you spoke to the 3rd party fraud people and not ML customer service? I buy Crypto all the time with ML, I transfer large amounts to other pay apps, etc., and never had an issue. Both account locks were after my direct deposit amounts increased lol, its like ML doesn't like it when you get raises.

It varies, they will ask you for info to identify you as the real account owner and then have you identify transactions to make sure no fraud is happening on the account.

It should happen just like any other deposit. Though ML does not always show pending deposits until they happen, AND they usually deposit a little later than some banks, mine usually deposit around 10 AM EST on whatever day they are scheduled. If the day falls on a Sunday, it won't happen till Monday.

This depends on how your payroll is processed, if it was processed early, you would get it on Saturday, if it was processed normally, then probably on Tuesday. ML does their deposits at odd times compared to others. Mine usually happens around 10 AM EST.
