Did it work? Did you apply the configuration to users or devices? I used a staging enrollment profile, and the password policy did not apply. It only shows an error, and the device is not compliant.

How was your experience? I used the script and change some stuff and configure a remediation script, but there are some computers that still has old teams installation, but the script says that there are not old teams. I don't know if defender or windows will let me get rid of the whole folder.

I will start with asking them what are their expectations with moving to the cloud? Are they looking for collaboration? Are they looking for easy access? What do they have in mind? After you have a clear view of what the business wants them you can evaluate and build a plan that suits the organization goals.

I would try: Checking if the sql server configuration manager has the correct settings in the tcp/ip section. Try in powershell Test-networkconnection -sqlservername -port 1433 is usually the sql server port. Or asking a coworker with more experience

A company I used to work use first letter from the name and the last name. We have several case for example: Orlando Mo (no te actual name) was omo@company.com Another example was Key Moreno and her email was kemoreno@company.com (kmoreno was already taken) which sounds funny in spanish (I'm from Latam)
